Policies

Cancellations/reschedules made day prior or day of your appointment are subject to pay 50% of the booked service price, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy allows us to optimize our time and service our clients to the best of our ability. Naptown Esthetics Collective reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to chronic lateness, repeated cancellations or refusal to pay cancellation fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may require you to reschedule, making you responsible for the fee. By booking your service, you agree to the terms and understand these policies.

Due to the brand's policy, this business is not currently offering returns or exchanges for products or services.

Due to the close proximity of these services, masks are still required for safety at this time. If you do not bring one, one may be provided for you for an additional fee. 

 

If you or a loved one has been sick, exposed to Covid19, or has illness symptoms of any kind, we kindly ask for you to reschedule ASAP. 

 

Staff is subject to take before and after photos/videos of your service for both marketing and documentation purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your photo being taken or shared/promoted, please let us know beforehand. 

 

Staff is in no way liable for any sort of reaction or injury that could occur during or after your service with Naptown Esthetics Collective, including but not limited to product allergies, irritations or reactions, or injury within the studio space. If you have allergies or sensitivities of any kind, please let your provider know before booking services.
